Making a Formal Complaint
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you have a number of options:
- Speak with a member of our team directly.
- Contact us by phone, email or post.
- Put your complaint in writing using the form below.
- Contact the HDC Advocacy Service for free, independent support on 0800 555 050.
You are welcome to bring a support person with you at any stage of this process.
Our commitment: we will acknowledge your complaint and let you know what action will be taken within 10 working days.
